ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All products and services from Proxima Laser Institute are sold final. Digital downloads are delivered electronically right after purchase and cannot be returned, so we do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations once a download has been purchased.

DAMAGED OR UNREADABLE FILES

If a file is damaged or will not open, reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days and we will replace it at no charge.

WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Our documents are templates for medical aesthetic practices. They support compliance and inspection readiness. They are not legal or medical advice, and they do not guarantee compliance or approval by any agency or board.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR REVIEW

Each policy and procedure must be reviewed and signed off on by your Medical Director before use. Dosing and strength vary by product: follow manufacturer recommendations and the Medical Director's instructions. We also recommend review by a qualified attorney.

SINGLE-PRACTICE LICENSE

Each purchase is licensed to one practice. Do not copy, resell, share or use the documents at additional locations without a separate license.

PROTOCOL PACKAGE

The Protocol Package is any 5 Complete Protocol Packets for $995. Add any 5 Complete Packets to your cart and enter code PACKAGE5 at checkout to take $250 off. Every file downloads right after checkout. Single documents and additional Complete Packets are sold at their listed prices. All sales are final.

CONSULTING SERVICES

Consulting is scheduled by request through our intake form. A 50% payment is due to reserve your time and the balance is due before the work is completed. Follow-up support is available for 60 days after the engagement. Consulting does not provide legal advice.
